When I started Stone and Acres the core vision in my mind was to establish the company as a Transparent, Trustworthy, and Reliable partner for every customer who looks forward to building their dream spaces in Chennai. Since its inception, 2022 has been one of the most remarkable years in the history of Stone and Acres, not just in the scalability of business, but also with respect to how we have established ourselves as a player perfectly in line with our company values and vision. As we ring in 2023 with fond memories of a successful 2022, we are all set to scale our business to the next level. As we progress, our focus for this year will be on expanding our boundaries in land investments and business operations. With South Chennai being our focus area, we look forward to a busy first quarter this year as we foresee a rise in demand for plots, especially in the first half of 2023. After the big shift in mindset in 2020, the need for flexibility to customize a home of one’s own has boosted the plot market. Ponmar, our forte thus far, has seen tremendous growth in development and land rate appreciation in the past few years, and we look forward to scaling beyond and expanding our market presence to areas with good connectivity.

With rapidly increasing real estate prices in Chennai, I believe that plotted development projects with good amenities and connectivity are more suitable for end use. This is one of the main reasons for Stone and Acres to focus heavily on the project location and its aesthetics, which has set us apart from the rest of the players since the very beginning.
